Garage Bar
Garage is a pop up car themed bar that opened in the annex next to what is now Manchester Hall (previously the Freemasons Hall) on December 3rd. The bar and the landmark building that is Manchester Hall are both located on Bridge Street, close to Spinningfields, and just off Deansgate in Manchester City Centre.
The Garage pop up bar is the first in what will be a series of new openings as part of the new £7 million Manchester Hall refurbishment by Vision Developments.

The Offices
Stephen set up a serviced office company called The Offices in 2009. Initially the business was set up to occupy vacant accommodation within Vision’s property portfolio, but now a business in its own right. The Offices property portfolio includes a range of both high-end and strikingly unusual solutions that are flexible yet practical enough to meet the needs of any firm searching for high-quality office space in Manchester.
The Offices work hard to ensure businesses get up and running as hassle-free as possible, providing all the furniture and fittings required, right down to telephone handsets. One of the office centres is in Barton Arcade, Deansgate. Barton Arcade dates back to 1871 and features a variety of boutique shops and offices within a stunning Grade II listed Victorian cast iron and glass structure.
Stephen sold his shares in The Offices in 2016 to concentrate on new ventures.

Barons Quay
Vision has been undertaking a development management role for Cheshire West and Chester Council. The role commenced at the evolution of the project in 2011 with Vision managing the process from land acquisition, to planning, to pre lets, to contractor appointment and now on site.
Barons Quay will be developed into a thriving retail and leisure quarter that will enhance Northwich town centre as a place where people choose to visit, eat, drink, shop and enjoy.
The first phase of the project has now opened with further phases due to open in 2017 and 2018. The project has been designed to take full advantage of the river setting and incorporates strong links with the existing shopping areas. Barons Quay is anchored by Odeon Cinema, M&S and an ASDA superstore as well as featuring six restaurants enjoying tranquil waterside views.
Overall the development will include the following:
• 20,000 sq ft Marks & Spencer
• 5 Screen cinema pre-let to Odeon
• 68,000 sq ft foodstore pre-let to ASDA
• 100,000 sq ft of retail accommodation
• 20,000 sq ft of restaurant / bar accommodation
• 900 limited period free car parking spaces
• £80 million development

53 King Street
53 King Street is a landmark property located at the heart of Manchester’s prime office core. It comprises of two separately accessed, but interlinked buildings which were built bespoke for Lloyds Bank and total approximately 43,000 sq ft (NIA). The construction was completed in 1913 and designed by Charles Heathcote. The building is Grade II listed with particular significance attached to the façade, the banking hall and the tiling around the common areas of the offices.
Lloyds TSB owned the property until 1995 when it was subject to a sale and leaseback deal. Vision acquired the property in March 2009. In common with the ethos of Vision Developments a new 5 year lease to Lloyds was entered into to enable short term income to be received whilst planning consent was obtained for a change of use and reconfiguration works within the basement, ground and first floor to retail/leisure.
With the benefit of planning two new leases have been entered into with restaurants on the ground floor namely Miller & Carter and Zizzi. The upper floors have been let to a serviced office company set up by Stephen called The Offices.

Bradley's Court
The proposed seven storey building – named Bradley’s Court – is situated adjacent to Manchester Hall (formerly the Freemasons Hall) and is one of the last void sites in the core of Manchester city centre. It will provide 37,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation and 3,000 sq ft of retail/restaurant space on the ground floor. One of the upper floors will benefit from a generous set back providing a panoramic roofline view of Manchester from the terrace. The development site has been vacant since the site was cleared of buildings around 60 years ago. Historic records show that there was previously a courtyard on the site, which was accessed by covered passages from Bridge Street and Wood Street. -

Manchester Hall
In June 2015 Vision Investments One Ltd acquired the former Freemasons Hall. Manchester Hall is one of the iconic buildings in Manchester and hosts the Freemasons Society as well as many other social events.
Manchester Hall will be the newest venue for weddings, events and conferences.
Under the agreement to purchase the Hall, the Freemasons will relocate to the third floor within the building leaving the basement, ground, first and second floors available to rent to third parties.
Refurbishment is now under way and when finished will provide 4 restaurants, 6 bedrooms, a boutique conference and events centre along with a rooftop terrace. Completion is expected at the end of 2017.

Invicta House
Invicta House is a 4-storey period office building located at the “front door” to Spinningfields; Manchester’s new financial and professional district. It is situated between the former County Courts which has recently been refurbishment by Henry Boot Developments; and 2 Hardman Street, a Grade A office building currently occupied by DWF Solicitors and Deloitte. RBS headquarters for the north of England is immediately opposite the property.
Working with Henry Boot Developments, Vision has obtained planning consent for approximately 40,000 sq ft offices.
